To enhance the culture of “Reading to Learn”, Morning Reading Sessions and Extensive Reading Scheme in both Chinese and English are conducted. Writers’ talks and book fairs are arranged to encourage students to read more books and share their pleasure of reading. To help students develop to be self-directed learners, Self-Learning Sessions are introduced in the timetable to enable students to make use of various learning strategies to reflect on and consolidate what they have learnt in the lessons placing much emphasis on pre-learning and post-learning in the learning process.
