In order to enhance students' learning and teachers' ability to use English as the Medium of Instruction (EMI), our school encourages non-language subject teachers to attend the EDB training workshops and mentoring program of ‘Improving Language and Learning in Public-sector Schools' (ILLIPS).

  Team and subjects involved in ILLIPS include the Curriculum Development Team, English Language, Science, Integrated Humanities and Mathematics. The language expert from the EDB, John Polias, has reviewed the EMI content subjects in the areas of curriculum design, pedagogy, teaching materials and language support.
