The Integrated Humanities and Citizenship and Social Development subjects organized 8 teams composed of Form 3 to Form 6 students to participate in the "Youth Impact Award 3.0 — Youth Social Innovation Service Award" hosted by The Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong (BGCA). These students participated in various human-centered design thinking training workshops to understand the situations and struggles of different communities in society. They submitted creative proposals to address social issues, bringing new insights to social services. After submitting their project proposals and undergoing interviews, 2 teams successfully reached the finals among 120 participating teams, while another 3 teams received merit awards!
The teams that entered the finals conducted community service investigation during the summer break to deepen their project ideas. After the commencement of the school year, they continuously optimized their proposals and practiced for the finals. Finally, on October 4, 2025, during the " Youth Impact Award 3.0 — Youth Social Innovation Service Award" idea presentation and evaluation day, themed "Today's Ideas, Tomorrow's Changes," they presented their proposals to the judges. Our school's two teams that successfully reached the finals ultimately won the bronze award! Congratulations!
