
Between April and May, all Secondary 3 students worked in groups to design and prepare traditional Chinese nostalgic snacks, featuring one sweet and one savory dish. Students put their knowledge into practice by applying what they learned about food nutrition and balanced diets in their Biology and Home Economics classes to their recipe designs, and cooked the dishes on the spot during class. Throughout the process, the students demonstrated outstanding capabilities and boundless creativity, performing commendably in recipe design, time management, as well as teamwork.
